Teaching & Mentorship

Teaching has been part of my work long before the classroom.

At Fresh Consulting I founded and led the Architect Club — a four-year internal think tank mentoring 10–20 engineers in systems thinking and cross-domain problem solving.

I designed and delivered a 50-hour Team Lead Program helping senior engineers transition into management, built in partnership with HR and the C-suite.

Before that, I served on SCC's Web Development Advisory Committee for seven years to help keep the curriculum aligned with real industry needs.

Developing people is not something I do on the side — it's been a consistent thread through 23 years of technical work.
